Shipment

1. Shipping costs & delivery time

Germany:

• Standard shipping: €4.99 (free for orders over €49)
• Delivery time: 2-3 working days

EU (selected countries):

• We currently only deliver within Germany.

2. Shipping service provider

Our packages are shipped climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen . After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Processing time & order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually shipped within 24 hours. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

4. Returns & Cancellation

You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please register your return in advance using our contact form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Delivery problems & transport damage

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at support@wearenaturals.de
