1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply, once incorporated, to all contracts for the purchase of goods, services, or other products in the online shop in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. Deviating GTCs of the customer shall only apply if the provider expressly agrees to them.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The offers in the online shop represent a non-binding invitation.
2.2 The customer submits a binding offer by submitting the order. Acceptance occurs through confirmation, delivery, or a request for payment.
2.3 The customer can correct any entries before submitting the order. A review will be provided before final submission.
2.4 The contract text will be saved and sent to the customer by email.

3. Right of withdrawal for consumers
There is a statutory right of withdrawal; details can be found in the cancellation policy.
4. Payment, default
4.1 Prices include VAT, plus shipping costs where applicable. See shop for payment options.
4.2 Payment by card: due immediately.
4.3 Payment via PayPal: due immediately.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
6. Delivery and reservation of self-supply
6.1 Delivery will be made within the time period specified in the shop.
6.2 Self-collection is excluded.
6.3 In case of non-availability due to self-supply reservation, the customer will be withdrawn, reimbursed and informed.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
8. Liability and Indemnity
- Unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, physical injury/damage to health, product liability or guarantees.
- Limited liability in the event of negligent breach of essential contractual obligations.
- No further liability.
- Indemnification of the provider against third-party claims due to legal violations by the customer.
9. Data protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations (see privacy policy).
10. Final provisions
10.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exceptions apply to consumers residing in the EU.
10.2 The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider, unless there is an exclusive place of jurisdiction.
10.3 Invalid clauses shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11. Information on online dispute resolution / consumer arbitration

The provider does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
